The spring season marches on and the markets continue the growth that began to percolate in March.

Boerne remains at the top this month in terms of estimated home value increases during the previous 12 months, moving from a 9.76% increase for the 12 month period that ended 31 March to a 10.7% increase during the 12 month period ending 30 April. 

Kerrville and 
Fredericksburg are in a near dead heat behind Boerne for these 12 month metrics (moving from 8.83% to 10.28% and from 8.58% to 10.2% respectively). 

Here are the year over year estimated value increases for our other markets as of the current market snapshot of 4/30/2019:

  • Comfort: 4.58% (representing a -1.42% drop from last month). Reminder that this is our smallest market that is influenced by low inventory and volatile month to month sales volume.
  • Fair Oaks Ranch: 7.41% (a relatively flat 0.24% increase)

Note: Statistics include Single Family homes, lots, and farm and ranch sales.
