While there has been some very minor seasonal softening of property values in the Kerrville and Fair Oaks Ranch markets in the past month, our Texas hill country real estate market remains strong and active relative to the rest of the U.S. Additionally, this minor downward deflection in the last month has had little or no impact on the increased values seen in the past 12 months.

Kerrville leads the way in the year over year with properties posting a 7.63% increase in estimated value. With Kerrville being the final hill country holdout of reasonably priced properties, this trend is expected to continue. Here are the year over year estimated value increases for our other markets:

  • Comfort: 1.59% (again, a less than stable statistic given Comfort's low volume and inventory relative to our other markets)
  • Fair Oaks Ranch: 2.49%
  • Fredericksburg: 5.14%
  • Boerne: 5.2%
